About Us

INCUBATED AS PORTFOLIO COMPANY OF PALLAS RESOURCES

Founded in early 2022 with the mission to exploit the untapped base metals potential of Central Asia, primarily targeting supergiant sulphide systems

FIRST-MOVER STATUS IN KAZAKHSTAN’S MAGMATIC SULPHIDE BELT

Consolidated a district-scale land position of more than 500km2 and growing

A FRESH APPROACH TO DISCOVERY: DATA DRIVEN

Employing AI-powered tools alongside the largest privately held Central Asian exploration dataset, toward a step change in Tier 1 discovery probability

WORLD-CLASS BASE METALS SULPHIDE EXPLORATION TEAM

Combining the deep-routed knowledge of Dr. Steve Beresford, Dr. Dan Core, Dr. Rob Stuart, and Dr. Bartosz Karykowski, with Pallas Resources’ unrivalled regional expertise

Projects

Exploit the untapped base metals potential of Central Asia
Magmatic sulphide projects in Eastern Kazakhstan

Kokpekty Project

(Magmatic Sulphide Belt)

Greenfield exploration project spanning approximately 450km2. Kokpekty Project is on trend with Kalatongke high-grade copper-nickel mine in China and hosts multiple geophysics anomalies, with grab samples containing high volumes of chalcopyrite, pyrrhotite and pentlandite, three main minerals that prove the existence of magmatic sulfide.

Jasirin Project

(Magmatic Sulphide Belt)

Greenfield exploration project spanning approximately 150km2. Jasirin Project directly borders the Maksut South mine, an outcropping magmatic sulphide deposit, that hosts twin chonolith pipes that may have bifurcated from a primary structure. Crucially, both chonolith pipes plunge moderately westward into the Jasirin licence.

Team

Our Team

Our team brings deep technical expertise across magmatic sulphide systems as well as volcanogenic massive sulphide deposits. We have in-house specialists in the fields of machine learning, spectral geology, and remote sensing, as well as the capacity to quickly digitize and dissect Soviet-era datasets. The net result is an incredibly strong, technically driven team with the capacity to focus on systematic generative efforts in the hunt for the next significant discovery in Central Asia.

Incubated as a portfolio company of Pallas Resources, Altai Resources is further supported by experts from Pallas Resources, capitalizing on unrivalled regional expertise.

Investors Section

Interested in becoming an investor participating in the hunt for the world's next Tier 1 deposits?

Altai Resources has secured a strategic footprint overlapping the same superplume as Norilsk, world’s largest magmatic sulphide mining complex. To drive our exploration forward, we have assembled an experienced technical team led by Dr. Steve Beresford and bolstered by the broader Pallas Resources’ team, who bring a proven track record in the region, including through their JVs with Ivanhoe Mines and First Quantum Minerals.

We are a private, tightly held group with significant inside ownership, but we do look to connect with long-term investors seeking exposure to a portfolio of assets with significant discovery potential.
